Great experience! They were done ahead of schedule. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and had snacks. My service advisor was super nice and the salesman I spoke to was great as well. They topped it off with a free wash and vac.

I just moved to RI from VA and I needed to find a new Volvo dealership. I found Viti in Tiverton and I was incredibly impressed! They picked up my car from home, dropped off a rental, sent me a video of the service and were incredibly professional throughout. They will definitely be my new service department!
I had a smooth and pleasant experience buying a pre-owned V60 with Viti. Matt was easy to reach and talk to, he allayed my wife's annoying questions with his dulcet tones, and could answer any technical question I threw his way. I especially appreciate that he gave me a ride back to the car from Hertz (after hours), where I returned a rental car, and that he helped me mount my stubborn roof rack on the new car.
