I bought a xc 60 and needed a second key. Every moment of my visit was more than excellent. I look forward to my regular service appointments and Phil Thornsbury as my service advisor!
It was a pleasure to meet with everyone who helped in servicing my volvo, from Seamus in service to the men who delivered and picked up the loaner. My only complaint is that the company provides a loaner car that was so nice that I did not want to let them take it back.
My Volvo recently went in for its 10,000 mile service. The Volvo customer service was excellent. Brian C. which is my service contact person was prompt in responding to my voice message and setting up the appointment. My Volvo was picked up at 6am and delivered back to me same day by Noon time. The delivery service was also excellent!!
We were very happy and satisfied with the service we received from the Viti crew. Very professional service and repaired in a timely manner while we waited.
