I had just started my vacation in Newport and blew out a tire. Mercedes roadside towed my car to Viti after 5pm and their service Mgr kept a mechanic there to replace my tire. They couldn't have been more helpful. It's because of the people at Mercedes that make me keep leasing their cars for decades. Thanks to Viti my vacation didn't miss a beat. Kudos.
