My CPO E-Class just returned from its first service visit at Viti. Russ and the service team did an outstanding job - I really liked the car before but now it is even better! They noticed a subtle issue during an initial test drive, repaired it (along with all the maintenance items) and returned my car running smoother than ever. Watched one of your employees drive this vehicle erratically all over 195 weaving in and out of cars tailgating potentially causing a serious accident

Before I start this review I want to say that Russel Machado service advisor is a great advisor.Very respectful and knowledgeable and just a great person to deal with I can go on further with this complaint but I’m not out of respect for the advisor that treated me so well past 6 years my car was there.He is the best service advisor I had at any dealership since driving for sure.I bought a newer car 3 months ago it went into service for warranty work contested by the dealer and we compromised .
