VITI Mercedes serviced my ML350. They had to pick the car up to do the service and that went off like clockwork. There was a problem with the car after the service and without a doubt, VITI's Servce over all and Ray Machado in particular handled the issue were fabulous in responding to this issue. On top of handling the problem, they communicated well throughout the repair and did so with a positive attitude. So, I gave Viti Mercedes-Benz 1 star based on non-stop constant issues that I’ve had with them from the moment that I called in to inquire about the E350 that I purchased (plus NO stars wasn’t an option).
