Were it possible to give negative star, we would. Vita representative was the most callous rude combative person and definitely serving in wrong profession. Arrived late, failed to greet the patient , shake hands or be personal. Became combative while asking information of patients medical condition. Wouldn’t trust this individual with a snake let alone an ailing individual!!

I made the decision to go with Vitas for my mother’s care during what was a terrible time for her and for our family. They do a great job of selling you on their service, but in reality they provide bare bones support, and if you need anything outside of regular business hours, expect little to no help. Her regular nurse and HHA were lovely, but not enough to make up for the shortcomings of the other support staff. Please seek out a better solution for your loved one.
