These people are for profit and do not care about your loved one. They came to the hospital and said they only had 8 beds to ensure one on one care, that they would help us find funeral home options and more to alleviate the stress and none of this is true. They lied to get us to send her there. My grandmother just died there, they told us we have 4 hours to figure put what to do with her body. This company is absolutely awful. They do not care about patients or their families. When they were admitting my husband they said they would supply everything I needed to care for him. It’s been 6 days, 20 phone calls and still they haven’t brought one single supply. Their answer was that I could go get them myself. My grandmother was a hospice patient. My mother requested a priest, they never sent one. My grandmother couldn't eat towards the end. They waited too long to give her something other than Tylenol for her pain. I found out later there was a powder I should have been given so grandma can eat. Her lungs filled with liquids. I am still getting letters from a debt collector representing Miami Dade for an ambulance service they requested. I have called multiple times and it was not resolved.
