They suck. Don't answer their phone. Obnoxious violin music while on hold. On hold for 30 minutes. "This call is being recorded for quality and assurance purposes". What a joke!!!
I would give their equipment department zero stars if I could. I had scheduled a hospital bed (for my mom who is on hospice and has dementia) to be delivered between 7-7:30pm. I called them 4 different times to get an eta or just have the driver call me but he never did. My mom was agitated and needed to go to bed in her new bed as we had already took her old bed apart.
