Five stars is not enough! With sadness, I lost my beloved husband late March of this year. He struggled for quite some time with Dementia and, for the last 3 years, had been under VITAS care. I cannot express how grateful I am to Vitas because of our team (#2506). It can be difficult to assist someone with dementia, especially as progression worsens. We have recently had the support of Vitas (hospice) for my mom while living at Alto Clermont. Over the past few days, Vitas nurses and doctor have been with us through mom’s final days on this earth. They have been very caring to the family and especially to our mom. Specifically, Odette, Carol, Virginia and Joe. Thank you all very much.
