This is the worst company for help! Do not contact these people because they will not come. My family called for help for my grandmother at 11am and 4pm arrived and nothing! They have no compassion for people with health problems! They lied multiple times saying they were on the way and then lied saying they had the wrong address. What a disgrace of a company!! They should be ashamed of themselves!
THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY THAT SIMPLY HAS NO CLUE WHAT THEY’RE DOING. THEY HAVE NO RESPECT FOR THE PERSON THEY SHOULD BE HELPING. DO NOT USE !!! These clowns should really be investigated for FRAUD.
Mom’s been on hospice for over two years. Twice now I needed their help at night at home and when I called the emergency hot line I was assured a nurse would be out to visit. Both times, nobody showed up or called back. Is this normal? Hope not. I will be looking for a different company.
