Thank you Vitas for taking great care of my family member. Vitas arranged everything in 1 day for us, on a weekend, allowing us to discharge my family member from the hospital when no other hospice company could. They very quickly set us up with everything we needed and could anticipate needing. Very caring staff, especially nurses and aides. Thank you again for your care and for making everything so smooth for us.
Only use them if you have absolutely no other choice! Their service from beginning to end was horrible.
DISORGANIZED, INEPT, UNDERSTAFFED, TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM MANAGEMENT AND INTERNAL STAFF!!! Rochelle, my Mom's Social Worker was great but, once she left it was a complete and utter debacle! For weeks, I was forced to constantly follow-up, repeat myself, was shuffled around to other people who in turn still knew nothing and each time forcing me to have to go through the entire story ... ...no one seemed to know what the heck to do!!
