Phenomenal company with true angels on this earth helping family members who need transitional guidance through the very difficult times that we are faced with with end of life decisions and care for our loved ones. Absolute worst hospice company! We had to call several times to get a Chaplin to come out for us. They lied and refused to provide an air mattress when my mother in law qualified. She passed away we never got a condolence call or acknowledgement of her passing! Horrible stay away! Do not even consider! If I could give negative stars I would!!!
My brother was put into vitas hospice care at Mercy Fitzgerald hospice & told us he could stay there, 3 days later they told us we have to put him in a nursing home while at vitas in Mercy Fitzgerald they didn't change his sheets or clean his room (we did) they even told us that he was drinking too much milk, so I had to purchase milk for him. After he was moved to the nursing home the only person from hospice that showed up was the social worker (who was very kind). It took 14 days to get a hospice nurse & aide in to see hi... read more
