I agree with all the 1 star reviews. They sold us on all the great care they would provide. None of it was true. They provided the absolute minimum level of care. It was difficult to reach them by phone. The nurses that came to the house were confused about the medicine. Very poor customer service too. It got so bad I had to report them to the State of Florida. I do not recommend them.
I would not recommend based on office staff. The nurses and aids who came were great, but when it was after hours and you needed them to come help, it was like crickets, an unorganized, under staffed mess. If you have a loved one who is alone with nobody there to advocate for them seek another location.
We’re very pleased with Vitas and thankful for Ruby, my sister’s Nurse . Ruby is everything you wish from a nurse when treating a family member. Thanks Ruby and God bless you. We love you very much.
