This is a 24 hour service that only can help you during the day. Horrible service! Your DNR hospice status really does mean do not treat! 3 hours wasted during the night with NO HELP! Just know that if you choose hospice and this company all they want to do is drug you for pain but any actual care you get NOTHING!
Vitas Hospice is horrible..As a Patient of Vitas I'll tell you Run away go to another company if you care about your loved ones..Run away!!!They don't care at Vitas anymore . They were a good Hospice but that staff is mostly all gone now..This new staff at Vitas hospice has turned into a terrible and cold hearted company. With staff that are very uncaring about their clients care and health. My wife has asked about support groups for caregivers . Never got anything but a dead web site..They want you to die fast and not fight... read more
The nurses where rude to me and my niece
Run away to another company if you care about your loved ones..Run away!!!They were a good Hospice but that staff is mostly gone..This hospice company has turned terrible and cold hearted company. They are very uncaring about their clients care and health. My wife has asked about support groups for caregivers .
