Dr. Vitaly Margulis is an exceptional surgeon in his field of expertise. There is no question about that!! However, the care that this patient received after my 1st appointment to see him on 1/15/26 & then a cystoscopy procedure on 2/23/26 was poor. After 4 ER visits in 6 days after my cystoscopy procedure & an unanticipated 8 day hospital stay at UTSW-Dallas, I have not been seen by Dr. Vitaly Margulis again - not even during my 8 day hospital stay at UTSW-Dallas.
