Love this company. They service/install both hospital sized generators and home units. They treat you the same no matter how big of a client you are. We have a home unit from them and get it yearly serviced by them. So far it runs flawlessly and they are easy to get a hold of if I have questions. They also monitor the generator’s status remotely as part of their bigger clients monitoring, so they will know if anything goes wrong. I was referred to VitalSine by a colleague who’d dealt with them for years. I dealt briefly with Wayne, but primarily with Jeff throughout the process of selection and installation a Kohler standby generator. Both were absolutely terrific to deal with, and Jeff went above and beyond to make the experience as easy as possible for us. A few months after installation, there was a very minor warranty issue with the generator, and completely unprompted, Jeff showed up in the middle of a long weekend in the pouring rain to service... read more

This company is fantastic . Their service is more than I could of hoped for and they have beautiful products for your grills and backyard . Can't say enough .
