This is the first urgent care I ever went to that refused care claiming they were too busy. There were no patients in the lobby and I don’t know if people were in the back but the girl asked the doctor because I did not want to be seen the next day due to a shoulder pull and I was willing to wait, but was still refused care. Never go here so very unprofessional.
Worst service the staff is so rude. You make an appointment for a certain time and still WAIT 30 to 40 mins it's flat out ridiculous. Go elsewhere if possible, trust me.
The staff at this location goes beyond expectations . One young lady in particular is outstanding and a treasure to behold. I thank-you KIM R. from the bottom of my heart for all you have done for me.
Like previous review... closed and locked when website and schedule on door indicated they should be open.
