This review is ONLY for the customer service rep I spoke to today. Amanda was her name and she was incredibly rude. She gave me an attitude right away and when I said wow that wasn’t very nice she told me they are short staffed. Never apologized and never nice. After already dealing with a stressful situation and having to cancel another ultrasound due to poor communication at a different facility, I called VitalRads and was relieved they had same-day availability. They were amazing! From the initial phone call, to our actual appointment, it was obvious one of their biggest priorities was making sure me and my pup were comfortable. Procedural information was explained clearly and thoroughly. And they pride themselves on not feeling like a typical vet environment in order to help reduce pet anxiety. We had to take our little girl Brandy, she a Yorkshire Terrier, to have her heart check because of heart murmur. Never had to have anything like this done to her, so it was kind of unsettling about it all. I am a veterinarian who has been using VitalRads service for approximately a year at my clinic and have been thoroughly pleased with their service. Their radiograph reports are returned in a timely manner, are reasonably priced especially compared to the previous large company we were using, and I'm always surprised at how fast they are to respond to inquiries and questions.
