They were amazing! From the initial phone call, to our actual appointment, it was obvious one of their biggest priorities was making sure me and my pup were comfortable. We had to take our little girl Brandy, she a Yorkshire Terrier, to have her heart check because of heart murmur. Never had to have anything like this done to her, so it was kind of unsettling about it all. But when we got to the place, the nicest person Amanda came out an explained talk to us about what would happen, how they keep them calm. I am a veterinarian who has been using VitalRads service for approximately a year at my clinic and have been thoroughly pleased with their service. Their radiograph reports are returned in a timely manner, are reasonably priced especially compared to the previous large company we were using, and I'm always surprised at how fast they are to respond to inquiries and questions. I brought my cat in for an ECG, since he was experiencing heart failure. They were able to see him in a timely manor and the doctor was thorough and kind in explaining what they were going to do for the procedure. Getting into the building you need to enter on the north side facing Dundee Rd.
