I can't say enough good things about this place. Compassionate, knowledgeable, reasonably priced… I feel really lucky to a found vitality vet care!
On Friday, I took my dog to Sylvan Animal Clinic because he was constantly whining, scratching his ear, and rubbing it against the floor. Sylvan Animal Clinic said it looks like there's something in his ear, but they did not clean it or treat it. It cost me $220 for him to be seen, have blood work, and have his eye treated. He continued to cry in pain all weekend. Today, I brought him to Vitality Veterinary Services in Swansea. They looked in his ear and cleaned out so much debri and said that his ears are infected! They were great with my dog Luna and her litter of pups. She tends to be nervous at the vet but within 2 minutes she was relaxed. The staff is all very attentive and great with people as well as the animals. I highly recommend you give them a try. The prices were so reasonable too!
I can't say enough of how wonderful this Vet group is!! We brought in our fiesty beagle and they were wonderful with him!! They were so friendly and made us and Schumy (fiesty beagle) at ease...along the way they quoted what the service would cost and the prices were incredibly reasonable, for excellent care. ��....Schumy says " sorry for the head butt!"
I came home from work to find my rat cut up pretty badly. It is so hard to find someone who treats rats, especially as an emergency service. The receptionist might have been petrified of my Bash, but they took him quickly without an appointment, and stitched him up and gave me medication for less than the closest er wanted just to see him. The staff was incredibly kind and undoubtedly knowledgeable. First vet visit from a first time pet owner could not have gone better, especially considering the traumatic circumstance.
