Today was my initial consultation and it was a very positive experience. The staff was helpful and friendly. Josh who oversees the procedure, was very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained the process. After this 1st visit, I am confident I’m in the best hands with Vitality Vein Care and am glad I chose them.
Joshua and Audrey were great in the Allen office. Joshua thoroughly explained the process to remedy my vein problems. Audrey did the ultrasounds efficiently. My only issue is actually with the Billing Dept at another office in Prosper. I got a call the day before my first surgery appointment stating because I had not satisfied my 2026 insurance deductible, I would owe $50 for my 1st appt. She put me on hold and came back saying they checked with Medicare and BCBS and repeated that I hadn't met the deductible! Really? I have ... read more
I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire process. The treatment, the people, everything about the experience was great. I was very nervous when I first started but the entire staff in the Allen office was so very kind, understanding and explained every step of the treatment and healing. I would recommend Vitality Vein Care 100% without any reservations or questions
It's the periodic attention required for some of the veins and everything was attended to with precision followed by instructions for the next few days. Will be back early next week for treatment on the other leg.
