Excellent customer service! I was talking to Oreen Robinson, she is very pleasant and knowledgeable. She asked me what I like to do on vacation and offered the things of my interest (spa and wine testing)
The booking process was easy and Oreen was pleasant to work with
Don't ever give your phone number to these people. Once they have it they will call you sometimes up to 4 times a day and maybe 20 times a week even if you say every time to remove your phone number from their contact list. They have guaranteed I will NEVER use their services and I'm happy to tell anyone how horrible they are for spamming you. It's 11 am and I've already had two calls this morning. STOP HARRASSING ME.
