Our experience with vitality vacations was wonderful! All the staff were exceptionally professional and welcoming without pressuring us in any way. For many months Im receiving phone calls from this place, ALWAYS from different numbers and the worse - THEY CALL AND KEEP SILENT! Why you calling me if we talked and you said I do not qualify, as I'm low income and on disability! Im so tired of blocking your always different phone numbers! Horrible- this should be against the law. Pay and pay- treated poorly by customer service. Do not engage with these people.
I just wanted to take a moment and say that I have had the most amazing experience with Vanisha from Vitality Vacations. For years I have been part of their timeshare program and was somewhat lost in a sea of information that I didn't know how to navigate. I connected with Vanisha a few months ago and everything turned around and I have now finally been connected with a person that makes everything seamless.
