Our 16th vacation at this great Timeshare Resort.
Terrible experience with this company. My fiance and I signed up for the weekend getaway 7 months in advance and both booked time off work for this trip. Less than 8 days before our stay we got told they are cancelling our trip. The point of this trip was to celebrate my fiance's milestone birthday. They call us twice everyday for two months and counting. Never ever engage with these crooks.
They have really bad service. I booked vacation in CNE and paid fully. But they called and canceled my reservation without any reason. And they haven’t refunded my money yet. I tried to call nobody answered. Be careful they are a scam.
