I am not expecting satisfaction from Vitality, only perhaps an insincere apology. Received little communication as we later discovered they had mistyped the email address they were going to communicate with us. Over promised and under delivered! Purchased the 3 days, received a brochures with beautiful pictures of hotel rooms with the illusion of pools, hot tubs, restaurants and a beautiful gym. What we arrived to find was very different. Sunny was AMAZING! Great experience not pushy at all !!! But the blonde lady who gave us survey on exit was very unprofessional. There is definitely a reason why she didn't even present herself . She was as rude and abnoxious as they come! as she put it don’t blow smoke up my a—. Really???? Our suggestion to her …. get yourself another job out of the hospitality industry or enrol in a few customer service courses as you need all the help you can get!
