Complete financial trap! This is truly the only regret I have in my life. There’s no way out. They are un-empathetic and cold. This place is a scam! I saw their ad on Instagram offering a discount on the price. I booked 2 nights and three days, then received an email saying that I had to call them and confirm my dates on the phone, but the phone call was not about that! I talked to Jennifer. She asked me all sorts of very personal questions, such as my annual income or my status; I don’t understand why I should be asked these questions only for a two-night trip! Services not as advertised. Slow responsiveness to resolve complaint. Marketing is misleading.
Edit : I have filed a complaint with the CRTC and do not call registry - no reputable business calls multiple times a day from many different numbers. This review 100% has to do with this business I am still receiving multiple calls a day from different numbers that I cannot block because it’s so many different numbers I am not interested in your scammy phone calls or calling system, I am going to report this to every single avenue until these phone calls stop .
