Phil was excellent in his presentation. He used great examples and was very knowledgeable about the products. Claudette, with her kind demeanour, certainly was convincing. And Sal, of course, tried in his efficient ways to broker a great deal. However, we simply weren’t ready to give any firm commitment today. But nice work everyone.
Beautiful place, old but quaint. The restaurant is lovely with terrific food. But coffee in the room would have been nice as would a small fridge. Friendly staff.
Our experience with vitality vacations was wonderful! All the staff were exceptionally professional and welcoming without pressuring us in any way. Special thank you to Don for all his hard work at getting us the perfect package to meet our needs. Dwayne and Claudette did so much to make us feel comfortable. They were extremely knowledgable in their presentation with relaxing personalities, and great sense of humour. For many months Im receiving phone calls from this place, ALWAYS from different numbers and the worse - THEY CALL AND KEEP SILENT! Why you calling me if we talked and you said I do not qualify, as I'm low income and on disability! Im so tired of blocking your always different phone numbers! Horrible- this should be against the law. Pay and pay- treated poorly by customer service. Do not engage with these people.
