I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire Vitality team, especially Dr. Louisa, for the outstanding care we received today. Even though we came in without an appointment, we were seen very quickly, with a wait time of no more than 10 minutes. This place is absolutely amazing! From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed by such a pleasant atmosphere. The architecture and design are honestly unreal—I’ve never seen an urgent care look this beautiful. Whoever designed it did an incredible job. My husband stopped here a few months ago and had a great experience so after a family vacation where I caught a bug, I decided to stop in. Place is clean, staff punctual, kind, and helpful. My insurance was out for network, the check price was still very reasonable. What we like best about this clinic is they also give practical advice on how to recover - (ie - eat more fiber, warm water).
