Worst Spa Experience Ever! I had made appointments for myself, my mother, aunt, and sister to get mani's and pedi's two days before my wedding. The appointments were made three weeks prior, and I was called by Vitality to move the appointments earlier to better accomodate our small group. RecommendedVitality Spa is absolutely amazing. I have experienced their facials and their massages. From the moment you walk in the door you are treated with the upmost care. The services are very relaxing and I can honestly say they were the best massage and facial I have ever received!

Vitality Unlimited is my “spa home." It’s a comfortable, welcoming, and peaceful environment. Their staff is amazing. I also love the location in historic Webster Groves - it adds to the experience of a relaxing spa escape. I highly recommend that you treat yourself or someone you know to a visit here!

This spa is by far one of the most relaxing and welcoming I have ever been to. I recommend booking an appointment for a pedicure with Casey. She is the best!
