Sabrina is amazingly gifted and knowledgeable. Everyone who works here is friendly and professional. The cleanliness is top notch. I was a massage therapist for a decade and now I’ve transitioned to being a counselling therapist, if my clients (or myself) need body work I send them to vitality.
I came in with a bad Sciatica issue and saw Sabrina. She took her time and used a variety of techniques to get me up and going again. Would definitely recommend!
I have been coming to Vitality for probably about 20 uears regularly. I have my favorite practitioners of course, but am confident that I can book with anyone that is available.at a convenient time for me and it will be a great experience.
I have been coming to this clinic for close to 20yrs. I have always had a really good experience! Today I was greeted unkindly by a new massage therapist to the clinic. There was no hello, how are you? She just went straight into attack mode, she was clearly upset already. It was in regard to outdated information on my file. Very disappointed. I had booked this massage in advance and even planned my leave from work just to match the available slot. On the same day, I was informed that the massage therapist was sick. While I understand that people can get sick, there was no communication ahead of time—no call, no email, nothing. I had to wait until the day of the appointment to find out it was canceled.
