Perfect spot for true vegans out there or for ppl looking for clean ways of eating. The server was very nice and was working solo when I was there. I'm a trucker from Houston. If you're in the trucking industry as a vegan, you know it's next to impossible to find healthy, high quality vegan food in truck stops in general.
