Love Tina!!! So kind and takes her time
I got a text of an appointment I never made and canceled right back on the same text. I called and left message and got no return call. I got charged $35 for missing an appointment I cancelled. Not one call ever from anyone at Vitality Skin Care of Cedar Park ever. I called and got an operator about letting her know I can show proof on my cell phone of the cancelation and she transferred me to an answering machine that said it could not take any calls and to leave a message which I did.
