In response to the so-called policies and procedures: the administration guide currently being enforced is entirely misaligned with state regulatory guidelines. It is a poor reflection of what is legally expected, and frankly, any state official who requests this guide will quickly recognize the discrepancies. My father was in memory care. Do not put your family member in there. The care has gotten progressively worse since January. We are now trying to move out and getting roadblocks from management to get my father transferred and paperwork done. They use temps who do not know the residents nor do they provide adequate personal care. Clothes missing, toiletries not being attended, residents left to soil briefs instead of taken to their rooms to use facilities. Don't go there!!!
