I've been dealing with chronic lower back pain due to DDD for 3 years. During that time, I've turned to various physicians/therapists including a Chiropractor, a Physio Therapist, a Sports Medicine Doctor, my GP, as well as a Massage Therapist. Dr John is a different gravy Sadly at my age I have spent more time on a physio table then I would have liked to, however after working with John I’m not only physically back to my peak but also a lot stronger mentally. He is now somebody I will always turn too when I run into obsiticals both on and off the pitch.

I saw Dr. Jon for my severe leg pain (sciatica) that was affecting my life for the past 6 months. He proposed acupuncture, soft tissue treatment and unique movement/exercises to help ease the pain and improve function in my hip and back. After 3 sessions I was pain free and had full range of motion. I highly recommend Dr. Jon to everyone suffering from any nagging injury.

My first time trying accupuncture was done by Dr. Jonathan Steen. For someone who is scared of needles, Dr. Steen made me feel at ease and made the session as comfortable and pain free as possible. I immediately noticed a drastic improvement in my range of motion following the treatment and the pain I was feeling in my right hip and knee had subsided. 10/10 would recommend Dr. Steen to anyone looking to improve their overall well being.
