The micro dermabrasion and light chemical peel I had today were excellent. Denise is so thorough and knowledgeable and always provides so much beneficial information. So disappointed...not very professional. Appointment was set for nerve conduction test and day of appointment the person conducting the test supposedly called out in the morning for a family emergency... my appointment was for 1145am. After arriving at 1135 and waiting for more than an half hour, I was taken back and informed of the staff member calling out.
