Lana/ Oana is an appalling - Practice Manager (PM) She struts around like she owns the place. She does not take responsibility for her duties and she avoids doing her job on many levels. One of her responsibilities included in her job title is to accurately and effectively promote the business across the internet and regularly change, update, and post regular content and updates to ensure the success, expenditure and expansion of the business. Very negative experience and not behaviour I would consider fitting for a medical practitioner’s office. Asked to receive a copy of my results and was met with a rude attempt of forcing me into a consultation. After explaining that I did not require a consultation to read results, nor did I care to pay a consultation fee for simple results to be read to me, the office manager (Lana) became more aggressive and claimed that consultations are free, because they are ‘paid for by Medicare’. Dr Nimrod Smit Used to be at Reedy Creek DO NOT go to this Dr for complex cases. This Dr gets it wrong badley. After being told by Dr Nimrod Smit I need anti psychotics because I asked for a skin specialist referral. I went and saw a psychiatrist who said I can't find anything wrong with you other than the normal stuff...$1000 So Dr Nimrod Smit sent me to a skin specialist mate of his.....$1000 Dr Nimrod Smit then said you've got shingles because he touched my back 1 time.
