I paid a $150 deposit for a procedure. After leaving the office I researched the procedure and decided I did not want it. I called and canceled my appointment and requested a refund. This was back in February and it is now August, I have not received my refund. It gets worse. I attended a lunch-provided sales seminar in San Diego in September 2019 where Vitality Healthcare was recruiting potential patients for their "Regenerative Medicine" treatments, basically injections of mesenchymal stem cells harvested from umbilical cords.
