They are so patient with you and really listen to your needs and how you feel. They are always there to help coach you through the hard times, and remind you not to be hard on yourself if something doesnt go to plan or you fall off track for a bit. A wonderful judgement free environment. Truly a wonderous place, glad I made the choice to come here.
Vitality Wellness Center has helped me so much this year! They helped me lose the rest of my baby weight, plus more pounds. I highly recommend their challenges. Their challenge provided me with a great support system, exercise plan, and approved food/meal ideas. Also, they have great and friendly staff! The owner and her staff are encouraging and very knowledgeable. Their program works!
The girls here are seriously AMAZING! I always look forward to my appointments. Crystal always does my lipo injections and is very knowledgeable and informative. Paige is the best, she will set you up to crush your goals! ???????? This place is seriously the best! Thank you Vitality Wellness!
Unprofessional, owner rude. Wouldn't wear masks, and rude when I asked. Because of my health condition.
I came into this practice with a bad attitude and mentality towards food. Thought all carbs were bad and I would be fat. Since coming here, paige has helped me love food again and not feel guilty for eating carbs. I feel better mentally and physically. All the girls here are awesome and I consider it more of going to see friends when coming here.
Vitality Wellness is very professional and non judgmental. The staff is very personable. They are on the cutting edge for weight loss and wellness. I love seeing the staff every week!
