Very informative and helpful. Professional but personal. If you're looking for a big conglomerate, long waits and hurried visits.. this is not for you. Small, fast, to the point!! Highly recommend .
I need to know when to expect my refund for the fact that I was charged 235 dollars and asked the phone rep not to send and she just verified that she didn’t but I have yet to see a refund and she refused to tell me when I could see the refund before she hung up on me.
Unprofessional. They charged my card without calling or any permission beforehand. When I called for a refund, they laughed in my face and told me no. Extremely unprofessional. Would not recommend to ANYONE.
Met with Andrew a couple of weeks ago due to my age. He started me on Hormone Replacement Therapy and I am beginning to feel better! UPDATE: I have to say that I am not happy with the fact that Andrew and his staff are no longer with the practice, and none of his patient's were told. I had to find out by going by the office to purchase some products.
The loss of Andrew and his staff is so saddening. The clinic had a great vibe and they were caring people.
