from beginning to end, my transaction was disappointing. From ordering by phone with staff that did not their product AT ALL. To zero followup when asked to expedite an order, and in fact put it on hold instead! I never give a bad review, but this was awful with every person I contacted was unwilling or unable to be helpful.
