This company is horrible! I only gave them 1 star so I could make this post. I placed an order last week. A week goes by & the status is still "awaiting shipment." I decide to cancel. The next day I get an email saying my order will be shipped the following Monday. What!! I call repeatedly to say I don't need the items at this point. Vitality is slow and their customer service is trash!!
Horrible company. They don't have items in stock. When you try to cancel when you discover it's on backorder they play games like providing a shipping label that shows FEDEX does not have the package. DETAILS Ordered 7/2/26. Contacted them by email/phone on 7/9/26 to ask when shipping. Received vague answers. Replied to those vague answers asking the question a different way, thinking maybe there was a language barrier.
