I placed an order with this company on Thursday 3/26 with the promise that it would be 2 to 5 day order. On the following Tuesday, I called the company and asked the status of my order and was told that the first day doesn’t count, the weekend doesn’t count so that I should receive the product by Friday. Using their calculations, the last day to ship the item was on a Thursday. They sent an email confirming that they shipped the item by Federal Express on that Thursday.
