A couple years ago, I came for a few appointments for an old shoulder injury that kept getting so inflammed where I couldn't close my fist without feeling it in my shoulder, and since then, my shoulder rarely becomes inflammed and when it does, it only feels like a little soreness and it would be because I really strained it from unusual use.
