I worked with Emily and she was great! I had ACL surgery and in just 3 months I was running, jumping, and beginning rotational movements. I met with Emily twice a week for the first 10-12 weeks then moved to once a week with at home exercises. I would highly recommend Emily!

Started seeing Emily after ACL surgery in the summer. She did an incredible job with tailoring my recovery to what was realistic for my life, and was always willing to try multiple approaches. Eight months post-op I’m skiing again and feeling strong thanks to Emily!
It was so great to come and do 6 sessions to fix up my knee. I took a weird turn skiing and was so worried, but coming in to see Emily was great. We worked what we needed to do that I could get back on the hill and feel confident and strong and safe. I also feel like I have tools to keep me strong and skiing for the rest of my life. I really recommend coming in no matter what ails you!
