Dr Teia Bailey is incredible. I was very anxious about starting the VA process, but had my appointment with her today. The gentleman who runs the front office was very warm and welcoming, offering water/snacks and turning the tv on for me. Once it was time to go back with Dr Teia, she was very kind. She not only listened, but retained every word I said. The exam was thorough, but not stressful. Mrs. Teia Bailey saw me and she was just awesome. From the moment she greeted me, to the time spent in the exam room she truly cared for the reasons I was there. She took her time, looked at me, listened to me, and gave me a very thorough examination last week. I really, really appreciate her kindness and attentiveness to my situation. Ms. Teia Bailey (NPR) is an excellent medical professional. Her personality and expertise in patient care is outstanding. When I visited her office today, she made me feel seen and heard. She even took the time to explain why certain questions were asked. I felt like she actually cared about me as a person and not just the next patient.
