I just started going to Vitality Health Center in White Bear Lake for chiropractic services. I felt comfortable and cared for from the moment I walked in the door. Trish, at the front desk is very cheerful and welcoming and Dr. John is very knowledgeable; every procedure is thoroughly explained and asking questions is encouraged. Dr. John Toth at Vitality Health Center in White Bear Lake is amazing; he’s made it to my “best chiropractor” list! He has great integrity, passionately cares for his patients and gives the best adjustments. He takes the time to actively listen & treat my pain points accordingly. I feel so comfortable around him. Dr Toth is a great chiropractor. I would highly recommend him. He would always know exactly what needed adjusting. I was always amazed at how he would know to go exactly to the right spot. He said he could tell by watching me walk into the room! He would get some of the knots out before adjusting. I always felt so much better leaving. With everything back in place I felt taller, I even needed to adjust my mirror when I got back in the car. I have asthma and he made adjustments that helped to open up my breathing.
The best chiropractor I’ve ever had! Dr. Toth is knowledgeable, informative, and truly cares about his patients! He provided excellent care to me at all stages during my pregnancy, and after! I recommend him to everyone I know struggling with back pain, headaches, and more.
I have been seeing Dr. John for over ten years. I have found him to be knowledgeable, personable and informative in all my chiropractic needs. I appreciate that he takes the time to stretch my back before doing any adjustments. He also provides me with exercises that I can do at home to keep my muscles strong and limber. I have nothing but the utmost respect for Dr. John and the chiropractic services he provides along with his story telling. :)
