TL:DR - Dr. Hayden is unprofessional, rude, and non responsive to patients in crisis. I saw Dr. Hayden when I was in high school (15 years ago). I was just learning to deal with my mental illness. Her bedside manner is abymal. She intentionally double books appt slots so you can easily wait an hour or more to be brought back to her office. On my last visit we waited over an hour and when she did bring us back she stopped to talk to the front desk ladies for an additional 5-10 min while we were waiting in her office. Do not see this woman. She will not keep record of what she prescribes you and she hands out medication like it’s candy. It’s unsafe and dangerous. You can find a court case against her by the Board of Physicians via google.
Dr Hayden has been wonderful. She's direct, no nonsense and extremely intelligent.
Dr. Hayden has always treated me with respect and kindness. She is down to earth and can relate to you on any level I’ve never had a problem waiting long to get seen or any problems with my meds. I think she’s great and I’m glad to call her my doctor and my friend for over 2 years. Only bad thing is I don’t know why they accept my insurance but still charge me 50 dollars even (due to Covid) for a 5 minute phone interview. Seems strange but overall I’m very pleased with everything. A+
