I would truly LOVE to give this black owned and woman owned business five stars. I am a minority business owner myself, so let’s be very clear. I don’t leave bad reviews because I KNOW firsthand how they can hurt a business. However, I would be doing myself and others a great disservice if I did not make others privy to this misfortune. I was initially skeptical about working with my therapist due to our age difference, but I am incredibly grateful that I gave it a chance. She has been a tremendous support in helping me navigate the profound grief of losing my mother as well as the challenges life has thrown my way. Her guidance and understanding have made a significant positive impact on my mental health journey. I highly recommend Dorene to anyone seeking compassionate and effective support.
0/10 woudn't recommend. Not responsive, especially when in crisis. Find specialist who can actually address your specific needs. This was not a good match even after being a client for 2 years, my therapist Shawntell barely scratched the surface because she was not trained for my specific needs and it took her 2 years to figure that out. Basically wasted my time and derailed my healing process and has no accountability for it.
This is my first time trying therapy and I must say Dr.Sherrell has made me feel very comfortable from the first session. The staff are very helpful in starting your journey. I highly recommend for anyone!
I LOVE Vitality Health and Wellness. Both my son and I see providers at this practice and are extremely happy. The front desk staff is warm, welcoming and extremely helpful. The providers truly make you feel heard and seen, while providing constructive feedback and tools to move through everyday life. I high recommend this practice.
