It's hard to express how excited I am to have found Vasper, Vitality for Life, and the owner/operator, Vivian Poole. The technology is amazing, impressive, and science based. Vivian is warm, supportive, and knowledgeable. Such a wonderful place to work out and feel supported. I love being on the machine for 20 minutes and knowing it was a great workout and yet, finishing feeling refreshed . It's such a unique workout for all stages of fitness and abilities with great results in strength and movement. It works your body while keeping your muscles cool so you recover immediately and avoid that burnt out feeling that you have with other types of workouts.

I've been going to "Vitality for Life" for many years. It is the only form of exercise that I am able to do. I tend to take breaks from it during the winter months but in the spring, I start right up again. Not only do I feel better when I exercise on the Vasper machine, but I look forward to seeing my friend, Vivian Poole.
