Eric's the best. Totally present, knowledgeable and dedicated to your best body, while also very sensitive to your own needs & pace. NOTE: Someone started a Google account using my legal name, Rhythm Earthsong, then oddly, posted a 1 star review for Vitality Fitness. That "rhythm earthsong" is NOT me, and probably has never been to Vitality or experienced Eric. I am working with Google to delete this false reviewer; till then, disregard that absurd 'review.'
If you care about the integrity of your workout, Val is indisputably the best in her field.Her quest to continually educate herself should've earned her a PHD! And we are the beneficiaries of ALL this knowledge.Quite honestly there is NO one like Val!!!
