Both my kids are patients of Dr. Moak-Blest, and my oldest has been for 3 years now! She goes above and beyond to listen to us and make every visit so wonderful for my kids. My kids having a positive experience with preventative healthcare is so important to me, and Dr. Moak-Blest has made that a dream come true. Vitality Family Medicine is hands-down the BEST. Dr. Moak-Blest is thorough with her work, honest, caring and we always share a laugh. She has a wealth of knowledge and resources. I actually enjoy going to doctor’s appointments knowing that I will get the one-on-one attention I deserve. If you are lucky enough to have her as your doctor, you won’t regret it.
