I had an excellent experience with Dr. Rob Meyer and his team. After having some very negative experiences at other dental offices, I was understandably nervous, but Dr. Meyer and his staff completely changed my perspective. Dr. Meyer was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain every step of the process. He photographed my teeth as he worked, which helped me better understand what was happening and why certain treatments were recommended. I have a special needs 20 year old son. The staff has been wonderful with him. They are patient and kind. Joke with him and make him feel comfortable. I appreciate this dentist! Highly recommend!
Dr. Rob is the most laid back dentist. I’ve looked for years for a place that wouldn’t judge a person for needing some work. Quick appointments and awesome staff.
I need to understand the $50, 2 day in advance, cancellation fee. Y'all are closed on Friday. My appointment was on Monday. I woke up at 3am, ended up tossing my cookies all day from a head splitting migraine and called as soon as could ... Should I have still come in? I couldn't have known 2 days in advance. Even if I had... Y'all were closed!! What if there was an emergency? I wasn't asked what was wrong! The $50 fee was thrown out there but never once was I asked if everything was okay!!
