Dr. Kathleen is truly the best, our family loves coming to Vitality Chiropractic! I initially started my care at Vitality over a year ago at the end of my pregnancy, at that time I had no idea chiropractic care would become such an integral part of my (and my whole family’s) wellness routine! Dr. Kathleen is so welcoming and always takes time to answer questions, she truly cares about each of her patients!

We cannot recommend Vitality Chiropractic enough! My toddler and I have seen Dr. Kathleen for close to a year and half now and have enjoyed every visit. I’ve dealt with low back pain for many years. I’ve tried numerous interventions including PT, other forms of chiropractic care, acupuncture, and Rolfing. These all helped gradually but wouldn’t get me to lasting changes. The TRT technique that Dr. Kathleen uses has led to significant improvement and helped me find significant breakthroughs. If you are looking for a thoughtful, caring and empathetic chiropractor who listens, look no further! Dr. Kathleen has been phenomenal and instrumental in my wellness journey. She has helped with migraines, leg and arm pains and was fantastic throughout pregnancy. Her team is fantastic and always so kind - even with my three crazy ones running around when I go in.
