Kathleen is amazing. She’s so good at what she does and takes her time to talk to you. I haven’t been to a chiro in years because it was all year contracts and 2 min adjustments with no personal help. She has definitely changed my perspective on chiropractic care and no results. Definitely not going anywhere else and my neck and back feel great. Love her cute, clean establishment. Staff is all so nice. I really look forward to going there.

Dr. Kathleen is truly the best, our family loves coming to Vitality Chiropractic! I initially started my care at Vitality over a year ago at the end of my pregnancy, at that time I had no idea chiropractic care would become such an integral part of my (and my whole family’s) wellness routine! Dr. Kathleen is so welcoming and always takes time to answer questions, she truly cares about each of her patients!

We cannot recommend Vitality Chiropractic enough! My toddler and I have seen Dr. Kathleen for close to a year and half now and have enjoyed every visit. I’ve dealt with low back pain for many years. I’ve tried numerous interventions including PT, other forms of chiropractic care, acupuncture, and Rolfing. These all helped gradually but wouldn’t get me to lasting changes. The TRT technique that Dr. Kathleen uses has led to significant improvement and helped me find significant breakthroughs.
