I cannot express my gratitude enough for Vitality and Dr. Stephanie. My back is in bad shape and I’ve known this for a while. Most of The drs were great. But, with the purchase of a “package/treatment plan” payment is needed up front and then wont/dont refund for services not received at the end of treatment plan even after filing to insurance. Not sure how that billing works. It takes days to hear by via email. Not holding my breath. We will seek other treatment elsewhere.
Been coming here since my little guy was born. I believe they have kept up from having to get ear tunes for him and keep my chronic pain at bay.
