The worst chiropractic experience I’ve ever had, complete fraud of a practice. The doctor spent less than ten minutes with me and then wanted to order a bunch of scans, she couldn’t tell me the name of the scans or what they would even diagnose. I have been going to Vitality for a very complicated issue for about a year now for an undiagnosed condition that is neurological/autoimmune related. I cannot express my gratitude enough for Vitality and Dr. Stephanie. My back is in bad shape and I’ve known this for a while. Most of The drs were great. But, with the purchase of a “package/treatment plan” payment is needed up front and then wont/dont refund for services not received at the end of treatment plan even after filing to insurance. Not sure how that billing works. It takes days to hear by via email. Not holding my breath. We will seek other treatment elsewhere.
