I have been receiving such great care for about 2.5 years now. I had extreme pain in my glute, hip and front of my thigh making it impossible to have any quality of life. No more long walks, or doing basic chores without real bad discomfort. I had such a great experience here with Heather and Kent. I had an injured disk that caused pain and made me have "foot drop". After 3 months of recovery, I can say that I am glad I never had surgery and stuck with the routine. My disk has recovered and my pinched nerve from "foot drop" is back to normal! I started with Vitality several months ago on the advice of my fitness trainer. Dr Sifford has a wealth of knowledge that has improved my wellness and fitness. I like to maintain a pretty active lifestyle and with the help of the Vitality team and “working the plan” I am able to function well with no pain as well as minimize my risk of injury. I have been coming to Vitality Chiropractic for several years. I go routinely to keep everything in alignment as well as when I have some issues pop up. I always feel better after I have a treatment. I would recommend Dr. Sifford to anyone that needs chiropractic care. I also like the insturments he uses.
