At this point, I blame myself. For years we’ve come here, and for years it’s common to find a late order, missing item, or just overall quality issues. This time, an order for 5 bowls that was ordered online for a 4:10 pickup was not only not ready at 425, but the best part was the employee hadn’t even looked at the ticket yet. The service was ok, but chicken panini was soo good, I will definitely come back for only panini. And the price was 7.99$ totally worth it. I also ordered pina colada smoothie, which was ok, but I think it’s overpriced, for the size that you get. Medium size is $9.49.
Ordered a bowl online on 5/12. Came to the store to pick it up at 8:30 (store supposed to open at 8) and door was locked and it appeared that nobody was inside or let alone opened the store. I have not even received a refund- what a joke.
It all my years of ordering the Glow bowl and in 3 different states, this is the worst of the worst. It was an hour late, missing mint, few crumbles of cheese, no pickled onions, soggy and cold. $17 for this…. Who owns and manages this place is what I’d like to know. Never again will I order from them. In person or via delivery.
I ordered the Green Glow Bowl for delivery via my work's food delivery app. The order came on time. The Green Glow Bowl is a conglomeration of many different foods. The flavor balance is great because of the variety of foods. My only nit picky thing is that the dressing on the salad was thick and stayed near the top. I tried mixing the dressing with the other items, but the quinoa remained dry. I will order here again.
