Service was weird to say the least. I walked in and there 2 employees that made the experience weird: one employee was sitting on a stool by the front talking to who i’m assuming was her friend, paying no mind to me for what felt a uncomfortable eternity. I used to eat at Vitality Bowls all the time. Switching owners isn’t easy, so I wanted to give the new management some grace as they transitioned. I stopped a few times over the last 6-ish months, and the service could use some help. They also have a coffee machine, but was told it’s not working (I mean, it’s been 6 months). Omg the Green Glow Bowl was so delicious. I wish it had a bit more lettuce and a bit less grains. But it was so wildly delicious, I’m not sure I would change anything. I almost didn’t try this place bc of the lower ratings, and I’m so glad I did. It will be my go to when I’m in the area. I also got green juice, which was also delicious.
They have this have this so called loyalty program however they do not bother to honor. You can find overpriced salads, wraps, açaí bowls and smoothies elsewhere.
