This is a great gym! All the strength training equipment you could want, plus a good variety of cardio machines, an infrared sauna & even a cold plunge. The gym, bathrooms and locker rooms are always super clean and the ladies' locker room has thoughtful amenities. Andy is a phenomenal personal trainer - started seeing him to regain mobility and strength after a surgery (great success), then kept going because it's so much fun to get stronger! Really affordably priced too, considering the location and hours.

If you’re in town for work, don’t come here. They don’t offer day passes.
I can't say enough great things about Vitality. The facility is always clean and well taken care of. The best part was it never felt too crowded. It really had a boutique private health club feel and the equipment was all well-maintained and very high quality. The owner, Andy, is also so welcoming!
One of the best gyms I’ve worked out at. Equipment is high quality and well maintained. Always look forward to coming here
