He responded to our inquiry and stopped by to give us a quote very quickly, responded to communications promptly and professionally, and is an expert in what he does. His team also went above and beyond to remove some branches growing into some home wiring which was outside of the original scope of his project. This is the second job that Jean Luc and his crew have done for us. We had an enormous 80ft tall fir tree in our front yard that died because of the hot, dry summer and a bark beetle invasion. It was a super challenging job because of the proximity to power lines, houses and a narrow city street. They ended up having to hire a crane because of the instability of the tree. It has now been a couple of years since we hired Vitalitree, but the work they did was great! Very nice, professional, appreciated communication via email, price was great, and the work was sound. All of the pruning they did helped revive my trees. Also, they successfully removed some old hedges for me that nothing could be done with. Actually, it is about time to call them up again for more work!
