The eye doctor was amazing. Very thorough and great at explaining everything to me and my 9 year old son. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful especially when my son couldn’t find the right frames. They spent so much time finding all available options and going over pricing to make sure I could afford the out of pocket amount. Highly recommended!
We had a great experience. The wrong insurance got filed but it was very quickly taken care of. The customer service was excellent. We appreciated Kelly taking time to help us pick glasses and I have the best pair that fit my face than I have had in years.
