I am reposting this because the owner’s defensive response to my original feedback was a masterclass in gaslighting. Rather than taking accountability for the blatant rudeness of his staff, an issue documented by other reviewers on this page, he chose to make pathetic excuses about "voice types" and "expensive" horseradish. Ive ordered anything from bulk boxes of crab legs, to food for holiday dinners and have always been beyond happy. The prices are reasonable and the quality of food is fantastic! Ive never ordered in person, always placed ahead. Service is good, and the staff works hard. The restaurant is located in the ever cool and quirky Berlin Mart....while you are there visit the plant store and Amish bakery!!!!
Tony and Deb are awesome. Seafood bisque and stuffed clams are my favorite.
